Andrew & Mei Yun deliberately chose to have their wedding in March to escape the summer heat and the rainy season. However, as their wedding day drew near, the weather were against them with predictions of rain on their wedding day.  Their dreams of having a garden wedding at Mt Lofty, Adelaide, with the breathless view of the valleys nearly didn’t come to pass.

However, God was great and a He provided a miracle by restraining the rain just before the ceremony began. Not only did the rain continued only after the wedding ceremony ended, but because of the misty atmosphere, we manage to pull of some really cool portraits.

This is probably The Wedding Coverage Highlight for us at CC this year. An epic coverage of the Actual Day and 2 dinners with over 2300 invited guest combined. Thank you Poh Yit and Shor Yuin for giving us this opportunity. This coverage began with a dinner reception for the bride’s friends and family followed by the Actual Day itself and a 150 table, 1800 guest list at the One World Hotel, which included the dinner being graced by Agong and Permaisuri, The Sultan and Permaisuri of Negeri Sembilan and The Sultan of Selangor among the VVIPs of the night. We met this fun couple when we were covering Jonathan’s cousin’s wedding some time ago. Their wedding is one of the really fun and crazy ones that we have covered this year. When you have Jonathan around, you’ll know that you will get crazy ideas. One of his idea was the delivery of a bag of 10 sen coins, amounting to RM388 for his ‘Ang Pow’ to the bridesmaid. Usually in a typical chinese wedding, the groom’s buddies are the ones to bear the torture session for the groom. However, for Jonathan’s wedding, he was not spared from the games that the bridesmaid has craftily prepared for them. He was totally ‘in’ for it .

Jonathan & Mandy prepared a very unique and creative door gift for the guests during their lunch reception. They had a table full of imported candies and it was awesome!

It was a blissful wedding for Jing Tzer & Li Yeen. We started off with the usual tormenting of the groom and his buddies and they were all a real sport! The dinner was held at Renaissance Hotel.
